This crazy year calls for some extra special inspiration and what a better time to plan ahead and go green for your big day. It’s my favourite colour because it always looks great. Green, on green, on green, of all shades with a statement bouquet of ferns and eucalyptus can look just stunning.
Back in February 2020, just before lockdown, we decked out Georgia and Harrys greenery wedding at at Lillibrooke Manor with this gorgeously luscious moongate. A circular feast of several different ferns, eucalyptus, bay, trailing iv, echinops and a few white flowers for that touch of pretty. With Mr & Mrs festival themed chairs, the aisles were also decked out in wild green foliage tied to chairs and a wooden crate display set at the back of room for a feast of greenery and candles
With a matching bouquets and boutonnieres it just all pulls together so well! Not to mention the green velour jackets for the groom and groomsmen and pretty green detailing on the dress from The Farnham Boutique who really do have the most stunning lace I have ever seen.
If you want to go lavish you can go for a waterfall effect trailing greenery bouquet which is just to die for. or a stunning hoop - these are also great for bridesmaids and can be made in miniature for the little ones too!
Courtesy of Loupaper & Margot and Bees our all-time fave wedding stationers there are some great choices for greenery stationery too. With gold foiled vellum layers which play with opacity, bouncy modern calligraphy and hand painted watercolours , or you could try a little creativity with your own personalised stamp!
However you choose to green your day, make it your day with all those personal touches.
